Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to our courier partner.
Courier & Delivery
We currently ship anywhere in South Africa via Bob Go’s network of trusted couriers. Once your order has been booked with our courier, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to major centres are usually faster than deliveries to more remote areas.
Shipping Cost
A flat shipping rate of R100 applies to all orders within South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is in the courier’s hands. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with our courier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
